A Blended Beer & Whiskey Tasting Experience - Wednesday 10th September

One night only — a guided tasting of rare barrel-aged beers and premium whiskeys.

Step inside the barrel room with us for a tasting like no other. We’ve been aging some of our biggest beers in bourbon casks for years, and now it’s time to crack them open and explore how barrel character transforms a blend.

Here’s how it works:

• Three Blended Beers — each crafted by marrying one of our epic regular beers with something deep from the bourbon barrel vault.

• Three Whiskeys — sip alongside the blends, starting with Jack Daniels 10-Year-Old and Pōkeno Discovery (Sherry Cask), plus one more surprise whiskey announced closer to the event.

• The Breakdown — for each pairing, you’ll taste the blend with the whiskey, then go deeper by trying the two component beers side by side.

On the lineup:

• Triple Alpha Triple IPA — aged 5 years in Four Roses Kentucky Bourbon barrels.

• Epic Sparks Imperial Stout — a rich blend of 2019 & 2018 batches, matured in a LAWS Whiskey cask.

• One more barrel + whiskey reveal coming soon.

That’s 3 whiskeys + 9 beers in a guided journey through blending, aging, and flavour layering — designed for serious beer lovers, whiskey fans, and the flavour-curious alike.

Spaces will be limited — this is an intimate, one-off event for people who want to drink rare history in a glass.
