Electric Pony is the next iteration of our One Trick Pony series, taking Mosaic and turning the voltage up.

This time, the pony has a new trick: Cryo Fresh.

Developed by Yakima Chief Hops, Cryo Fresh captures the vivid character of freshly harvested hops by freezing them soon after picking, concentrating the lupulin, and preserving that fresh-hop intensity. Our Mosaic Cryo Fresh travelled frozen from the United States to New Zealand before going straight into the beer.

The result is Mosaic in glorious high definition: mango, passionfruit, blueberry and citrus, backed by grapefruit, pine and that unmistakable dank, resinous edge.

Bright, aromatic, intensely hoppy and incredibly fresh tasting.
