Standing Ovation is our salute to the classic West Coast IPA. Built around the powerhouse pairing of Columbus and Mosaic, this 6.7% IPA delivers bright grapefruit, ripe citrus, tropical fruit and classic pine over a lean malt base that lets the hops own the spotlight.

Created for the 2026 West Coast IPA Challenge, Standing Ovation is unapologetically hop-forward, crisp, bitter, and incredibly drinkable. Columbus brings the resinous bite and citrus backbone, while Mosaic layers in bursts of mango, berry and stone fruit before a clean, dry finish that keeps the applause coming.
