Justine Smith Justine has previously won the 'Billy T Award' in 2003 and the NZ Comedy Guild 'Best Female Comedian' in 2008 and 2016 as well as Best MC 2016. A popular Comedy Festival      performer, her solo shows: 'The Justine Smith Hour', 'Return Of The Jussi' 'Jussi Town' and 'Justine Smith: Abroad" have garnered critical acclaim. Justine has also written two live shows with Irene Pink, 'I’m Sorry I Said That' and 'The Pitch'. The latter was the recipient of the NZ Comedy Trust’s Creative Comedy Initiative grant.
Justine has been performing around New Zealand for blimmin’ ages.

Aotearo HA and as a panelist on TV3's 7 Days

Rhys Mathewson is an award-winning comedian, writer, MC and presenter.

Rhys has appeared on our screens for over 10 years on shows such as: 7 Days, Have you Been Paying Attention? The Project and his current role as roving reporter for 7 Sharp.

He is one of the best stand-up comedians in Aotearoa and he has the awards to prove it! Rhys has won the prestigious Billy T James Award and the Fred Dagg Award for Best Show at the New Zealand International Comedy Festival. He also picked up the New Zealand Comedy Guild award for Best MC in 2017.

Angella Dravid 

Angella Dravid is a writer, comedian and actor. She was the Billy T winner at the 2017 International Comedy Festival and most recently the winner of the FRED AWARD in 2025, which is one of the highest commendations in Aotearoa comedy, awarded to the Best NZ Show in the International Comedy Festival.

She is one of most unique comedy voices in Australasia, she has toured NZ and Australia with great success. She has appeared on Jono and Ben, Funny Girls, 7 Days and won the inaugural series of Taskmaster NZ in 2020.
